{"id":501,"date":"2019-02-20T10:32:35","date_gmt":"2019-02-20T05:02:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.orionrealtors.com\/blog\/?p=501"},"modified":"2022-04-01T16:22:30","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T10:52:30","slug":"share-market-update-realty-shares-advance-unitech-jumps-over-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.orionrealtors.com\/blog\/share-market-update-realty-shares-advance-unitech-jumps-over-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Share market update: Realty shares advance; Unitech jumps over 4%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading with gains in Tuesday&#8217;s morning session.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shares of Prestige Estates Projects (up 5.85 per cent), Unitech (up 4.55 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (up 2.93 per cent) and DLF (up 2.69 per cent) were the top performers in the index.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orionrealtors.com\/wtc-plaza-106-in-gurgaon.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-503 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.orionrealtors.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/WTCOrionOA-ss-728x90-1-300x37.gif\" alt=\"Plaza 106 gurgaon\" width=\"300\" height=\"37\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nOberoi Realty (up 2.22 per cent), Sobha (up 1.49 per cent), Godrej Properties (up 1.44 per cent) and Sunteck Realty (up 1.28 per cent) too were trading higher.<\/p>\n<p>The Nifty Realty index was trading 2.03 per cent up at 228.80 around 10:26 am.<\/p>\n<p>Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 41.15 points at 10,682.10 while the BSE Sensex was up 165.06 points at 35,663.50.<\/p>\n<p>Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 36 were trading in the green, while 13 were in the red.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of YES Bank, Ashok Leyland, ITC, Ambuja Cements, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, DLF, Vodafone Idea, Infosys and SBI were among the most traded shares on the NSE.<\/p>\n<p>Source: https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/markets\/stocks\/news\/share-market-update-realty-shares-advance-unitech-jumps-over-4nbsp\/articleshow\/68058383.cms<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading with gains in Tuesday&#8217;s morning session.
