Bhumika Realty Targets Rs. 1000 Crore Land Investment in Faridabad By March 2027

Bhumika Realty has invested over Rs. 550 crore in Faridabad land acquisitions in the past 12 months and expects its cumulative investment to exceed ₹1,000 crore by March 2027

Bhumika Realty, the real estate arm of Bhumika Group, plans to increase its cumulative land investment in Faridabad to over Rs. 1,000 crore by March 2027, following investments of more than Rs. 550 crore in the city over the past 12 months.

The company is expanding its presence in the residential, plotted development and mixed-use segments. As part of this strategy, it has inaugurated a 15,000 sq. ft. Experience Centre at The ICON, its flagship mixed-use project on Delhi–Mathura Road. The centre features a sample apartment, while construction at the project is underway.

Bhumika Realty has acquired land across multiple sectors in Faridabad. Its plotted development in Sector 114 has received a development licence and is awaiting registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

The company’s expansion is supported by institutional funding partnerships. It has secured a Rs. 170 crore funding arrangement with BGO for The ICON and established a Rs. 500 crore platform with Blackstone-backed ASK Property Fund to pursue plotted development opportunities. Of the latter, an initial investment of Rs. 125 crore has been deployed in Faridabad.

The ICON has also secured approximately one lakh sq. ft. of retail leasing, with brands including Lifestyle, PVR INOX, Samsung and an Apple reseller.

Uddhav Poddar, chairman and managing director of Bhumika Group, said the investments reflected the company’s long-term confidence in Faridabad’s growth potential. He added that the company would continue to build a diversified real estate portfolio through institutional partnerships and disciplined execution.

Improving connectivity across the National Capital Region (NCR) and ongoing infrastructure development are among the factors supporting the company’s investment outlook for Faridabad.
